I call my enhanced BBQ Seasoning OlNumber 12. It is an excellent blend of 12 herbs and spices that has a flavor unlike any you have ever tasted. Its not hot, its not spicy, its just flavorsome. Its real good on all pork, beef, poultry, fish, seafood, and all wild game. Try it grilled, fried, baked, or blackened. Also, very good in soups, stews, and gumbo.
A lot of my customers refer to my original BBQ Seasoning as magic dust. It has a mild flavor with a BIG BBQ taste. It works well with all pork, beef, poultry, fish, seafood, and all wild game. Weather you grill, fry, bake, or broil, this is a perfect selection, if you want a lot of flavor that is not not spicy.
About Smokes
All of my seasonings are made from the freshest ingredients found. They are mixed and packaged in a clean facility that is inspected and approved by the Georgia Department of Agriculture. I’ve been making and cooking with these seasonings for several years. All of these rubs will complement any of your cooking needs. They are excellent on all beef, pork, fish, foul, seafood, wild game, vegetables, soups, and stews. Grilled, smoked, fried, broiled, baked, or blackened. I catered for 15 years and all of my customers said they loved my cooking. I competed in Bar-B-Que competitions for 10 years and won several awards. I was always asked what my secret recipe was and of course I would never tell. But I will tell you this, you ain't gonna go wrong with any of my seasonings. They are Simply the best.
