A lot of my customers refer to my ORIGINAL Rub as Magic Dust. It has a mild flavor with a big BBQ taste. It works well with pork, beef, poultry, fish, seafood, and all wild game. Grilled, fried, baked, or broiled. This is a perfect selection if you want a lot of flavor that’s not spicy.
I call my ENHANCED Rub, Ol’ Number 12. It is an excellent blend of 12 herbs and spices that has a unique flavor unlike any you’ve ever tasted. It’s not hot, it’s not spicy, it’s just flavorsome. It’s good on all pork, beef, poultry, fish, seafood, and all wild game. Try it grilled, fried, baked, broiled, or blackened. It’s also good in soups, stews, and gumbo.
